Bright ruby red. Focused aromas of red fruit, baking spices, and piney earth. Palate with broad, coating, sweet entry that persists through midpalate and finish. This is met up with resolving tannins and bright acidity near the finish to give terrific balance and a quite long ending. Was brilliant with sole stuffed with crab.

This Pinot still has many years left. Too bad this was my last bottle. The nose had some light red fruits and earth. On the palate there was some spice, lazer-like red fruits and a good amount of acid. This was very nice.

Blackberry fruit on the nose, that was a bit spicy and meaty. The richness and spiciness continues in the mouth with a nice long finish. I look forward to enjoying another botther in a year or two, as I think it will get better.
