  코르크가 말라서 역시 중간 토막남. 이젠 경험이 많아 대처 잘함.
  색깔이 좀 옅어졌음
  노즈는 포도주 기본향에 마굿간, 젖은낙엽 등의 올빈 특유의 향이 느껴짐
  팔렛에서 바디감 중, 산도 중, 탄닌 약
  특히 탄닌이 엄청 부드러움
  목넘김 좋고, 피니시 중
  실키하다고나 할까.. 올빈의 향이 맛에 그대로 나타남.
  2011년 몬테스 알파를 13년후(2024) 마시니 너무 좋다
  이래서 포도주는 묵혀야 제맛

  still a good amount of depth of dark fruits with hint of pencil shaving towards the finish.
  Tannins are well integrated and soft.
  This makes for a nice winter wine right now and a good partner for red meat

  Generous score but it performed very well. Really enjoyable from opening. Still has a lot of life left in it

  A whole lot better now than 5 years ago, still needs some air and much better the next day with most of the initial astringency and chalkiness gone, nice mineral mouth feel. Very pleasant acidity, for me light chocolate, balsamic and some blueberry on the finish.
