  Needs air to talk but when it does, a fantastic wine.
  
  Still lovely youthful colour, the wine has plenty of complexity on the nose. Full of exotic spice, leather and violet aromas, the body is supple that is being carried by sublime freshness and tension. Leather, tobacco, blueberry and dark red plums dominate the body. Fine finish with hints of a still a long future ahead of it.
  
  Drink now to 10+ years.

  Masterful Shiraz/Syrah. Spicy and complex. Strong dark black hard candy and melting eucalyptus. Arguably the best value for premium Syrah in the world.

  Good, but... I kind of feel like we’ve either waited too long, or not long enough. Mid-palate seems to have gone kind of watery. Long finish, but mostly dominated by tannins. Have another bottle, so perhaps we’ll wait a few years and see if it pulls together.
