Gorgeous and complex blend that was a perfect aperitif on Thanksgiving. Stone fruit, flowers, full mouthfeel.

Gold yellow. Still vibrant and with a nice balance of florals, citrus, tree fruit and minerality. Very clean palate, with a developing roasted hazelnut character. I left a half full bottle in the fridge for a week and it was still delicious.

At its peak? Everything is in excellent balance. Yellow gold, light pleasant tree fruit fragrance of Rhone white blend, with Tablas Creek signature notes of mango, ginger, and crushed rock. Generous mouthful of flavor with good weight and vibrant fruit. Really enjoyed this. Was still good on day 2.

Beautiful showing... complex fruit basket of summer stone fruits. Solid structure. Seven years in and plenty youthful. These wines can age, especially in cool year like '11.
