  Nose of bay leaf, tar, bacon fat and dark fruits. On the palate quite sweet with some secondary caramel like characteristics mixed with blackberries. Medium body. Finish has some tar, pepper and perhaps some olives. Sweeter profile than what I normally like but it delivers some interesting complexity. Less interesting on night 2.
