Salmon pink/orange in the glass, soft but aggressive effervescence, palate is dry and crisp, red fruits, wild strawberry, pink lady apple, citrus, creamy with brioche notes, acidity is high, body is mouth filling, finishes long and lingers. Very nice everyday Sparkles. Yummy.

This was opened at Mother's Day brunch to accompany Quiche Lorraine and an arugula salad. 100% Pinot Noir. Enjoyed by all (slight bitterness on the finish).

Just what it should be: simple, refreshing, a touch of fruit and good balance.
