Lemon-lime aroma, with buttery vanilla undertones. Wouldn't have guessed such a high alcohol level (14%) based on aroma. This unique Sauvignon Blanc has the acidity and minerally-citrus notes you would expect, but they are supported by a creamy vanilla and lemongrass undertone. Alcohol kicks-in with the finish, giving you a great cleansed pallet, which cuts through your meal. Served with roasted yams, saltimbocca and arugula salad. Also worked well with Cherry Garcia ice cream :)

(14.1%) Spent some time with this one but my wife finished the last few glasses so notes are from memory. This struck me as a Sauvignon Blanc for non Sauv lovers as well as those of us who are as it is excellent! Richer than expected with ripe peach and bright lemon flavors and a mineral, herbal backing. Smooth throughout with a nice crisp finish despite what appears to be a lack of acidity. A lot of fruit here but very well done! At $18 it isn’t cheap but it is well worth it…

Unscrewed and poured. This was loaded with nice aromatics and flavor. Tart citrus and minerals with quite a weighty palate but not heavy due to the acidity. This is exactly the type of Sauv Blanc that I really enjoy.

Again, rich, flavorful, full-bodied Sauv Blanc with good balancing acidity. Didn't notice the alcohol this time around.

Enjoyed this very rich and flavorful SB again, though, I noticed a bit of heat on the back end this time around.
