Super-concentraded lemon (like an Alsacian Grand Crus VDT). LEMON, maple; pine sap, sassafrass, slt. burnt, toffee. Very enjoyable changing all over the place. Tons of sharp acidity and sugar. Best after being left open in the fridge for about a month. Recommend with vanilla ice cream with chocolate flakes. 88 pts. Not as great as his Gemola Merlot blend in the past.
