Ripe nose of creamy dark cherry, raspberry and blackberry with faint notes of cedar and teak-tree oil. Palate is smooth and balanced with layers of dark berry fruit held in place by grippy acidity. Welvety mouthfeel. Finished medium-long with finely grained tannins. Will shed some fat over the next few years and probably become more elegant. Nice showing.

Thought this wine might be Past it’s prime, but it was quite nice. Still drinking very well. Wish I could’ve found more.
