Nice bouquet but I could not get over the alcohol; found it very hot and no real complexity; maybe an off -night for my palate but at 15.2 alcohol, I think not; wine needs more body since in tastes thin; would not drink again although I would be curious to taste other CL wines; Drank at a tasting in Baltimore.

Strong fruit forward. Blackberry, Currant and Chocolate. I look forward to picking a couple of more bottles to see how it ages. I would expect it to last for many more years to come. 15.2% alcohol gives it a bit of a bight but well worth the endeavor.

Oh, the blackberries, the fruit! Add in some tar, cassis, silky tannins (already), and a long finish and you have a Napa Cab to make you happy. Plenty of structure underneath. A bit pricy on the QPR but yummy nonetheless.

A nose of dark fruits, dark ruby in color. A smooth, more medium bodied than most Cabs, black currants, coffee, some veggies, a solid Cab.
