What an intriguing and enjoyable wine. The swap out of the more traditional Mourvèdre for CS adds a touch more structure without making it too weighty. Loads of red berries up front. Drank with roasted pork and arepas and it was a beautiful match. Drinking really well right now...I’m going to drink up my remaining lots over the next 12 months.

Has a violently flowery nose. Does have a priorat, shizty like nose. Very highly aromatic. It’s supposed to be modeled after the priorat. Really pretty wine that isn’t heavy or light. Striking minerality to it.

There is a lovely floral component in this wine along with the bright fruit presence. This is still delicious,

Bright flavor, cherry, spice and has good tannins too. Big good rich flavors, lots of spice and earth, and a long finish.
