Decanted an hour before dinner. Similar as the bottle 30 months ago but a tad better with leather, forest floor, dark fruits and a suggestion of gamey flavours, on the palate smooth tannins, medium+ acidity, good concentration and a long, slightly rustic finish.
Classic old school Bordeaux, in a good place now, will hold for another 6 to 10 years but will most probably not improve anymore, a short decant of 30 to 60 minutes is recommended.

Still needs a good 1.5-2 hrs decant, but getting much better. Very earthy nose. The palate is not as expressive, but elegant and very smooth. Happy with it, considering what I paid. Will have it for my b-day little schnitzel party tomorrow

This was nice enough tonight but not particularly noteworthy. This needed several hours to open, with fairly simple fruit and ok depth. Not much in the concentration and nuance department. I would have enjoyed it more at 1/2 or 1/3 the price.

First bottle of 12 bought at release. Decanted an hour before dinner. Perfect cork. On the nose leather, forest floor, a hint of gamey flavours and dark fruited. On the palate smooth tannins, medium to high acidity, good concentration and long finish. According to the vintage, classical, more on the rustic side but still with some elegance, best with food, 91+. Superb price to quality relation, drink now or within the next 12 years.

11th bottle since 2016 and probably the best one so far. Shouldn't have gone through my bottles so fast I guess. Opposite to the two previous bottles the cork did not break.
The general tasting note is of course similar to my previous ones but I think it had a bit more depth and more prominent tertiary characteristics, such as tobacco, which were smoothly integrated. Very long finish. Brilliant drinking stage right now!
