The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, apple, pear, mineral and peach blossom. It tastes like lemon, orange, apple, pear, apple blossom and peach blossom. The body is light/medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

Consistent with my previous tasting notes. This is a nice, serious and balanced Grand Cru rosé that carries its moderately high dosage surprisingly well. Great structure, nice sense of weight and terrific intensity.

Beautiful light peachy orange color of a Provencal rosé. Fresh and nuanced nose with aromas of wild strawberries, rowanberries, aromatic herbs, some autolytic brioche and a hint of ripe citrus fruit. Quite broad, full-bodied and rich on the palate with moderately noticeable, yet surprisingly balanced dosage (14 g/l), offset by a touch of nice bitterness and moderately high acidity. Layered flavors of fresh lingonberry-and-cranberry-driven red berries, ripe cherries, wild strawberries, some rowanberries, a little bit of autolytic brioche and a hint of mocha. Very fine, creamy and persistent mousse. The finish is quite long with nuanced flavors of ripe red berries and cherries, some tart lingonberries, a little rowanberry jam, light caramel character and a hint of spice that turns towards moderately noticeable bitterness.
A tasty, weighty and serious rosé with rather high dosage, yet it doesn't distract much or at all, thanks to the balanced acidity and nice touch of bitterness. Rich, enjoyable stuff - although probably not the favorite of people who drink exclusively zéro dosage Champs. At approx 40€ the wine is priced according to its quality.

A beautiful shade of reddish orange. Fruity nose with peach, tangerine and slight strawberry. Some bisquity notes, nuts and brown sugar. Dry and refreshing full-bodied palate with lasting creamy moussé. Stone fruits and ripe red berries, some citrus peel bitterness, minerality, asian spice and toasted notes, even a dash of coffee. Lengthy finish. Not as easy and sugary as the nose suggested. Rather nice - though I'd like to see less of the sugary character. Craves for food.

Good rose, but maybe not at this price point.
