This was a very good bottle of wine. Perfect balance of fruit, tannins, and acid. Very smooth dark fruits and just a touch of oak. Well done milbrandt.

92/6/2 Cabernet/Petit Verdot/Malbec. 10% American oak, rest French, 25% new. Nose gives cedar and spice, bramble, black plum, maybe fresh tobacco. Palate is crowd pleaser, layered dark fruits, not huge but nice complexities, blackberry, cassis, black plum, baking spice, medium tannins.

Flamboyant, in your face, fruity and spicy. Balance is an issue.
