  Decanted 30 min. Beautiful nose of dark berry fruit, oak and vanilla, with a touch of saddle leather. Flavors of black cherry, vanilla oak and tobacco, finishing with a lovely mocha flavor that lasts for 20+ seconds. Very rich and mouthcoating wine, made in a style I really gravitate to. Still just a baby I think...drink now (with air pref.) through 2032.

  A perfectly nondescript effort. This is a balanced and serviceable GSM-like wine, but nonetheless a $15 bottle masquerading in $60/bottle clothes. Rasa's price-to-value, in general, remains shockingly low.

  Wonderful Grenache, Cab, Syrah blend. Complex nose worth pondering a few times, leather, dark fruits, toast. The cab announces its presence first with a taste of chocolate, the berries and juiciness of the Grenache then takes over. Two hour decant.
