  On the nose, aromas of black current, tar and black olives. The palate is rich with fruit flavors of black current, blackberries and bing cherry. In addition to the fruit flavors there is tar, black olive, vanilla and some baking spices. This wine now has soft, med+ tannins and med+ acidity.

  Found this bottle in a dark corner. It's holding up surprisingly well, with some smoky black cherries, but oak is just too dominant resulting in a very dry finish.

  Still drinking quite well, although I meant to open a few years ago. Note of green pepper, cigar box herbs, and oaky undertones. Nicely balanced on the palate. Would have no issue pairing with a nice cut of red meat.
