Color: a bit light red. Nose: modest sous-bois and a slightly herbal note. Taste: sour cherry, raspberry and strawberry, with a prominent acidity, only a bit of drying tannins and a decent amount of oak. Fresh, lively and rather well balanced. Light to medium bodied. Not really complex, but that might appear during the one or two years that this attractive wine might need to show its best. For now 88-89, potentially 89++.

Kept in a wine-coller at 13 degrees C. since about 2013. Decanted three hours before drinking. Sous bois in the nose. Taste: sour cherry and raspberry, quite an amount of fresh acidity and more develloped than with my last bottle in 2021. Still some drying tannins, but they were more resolved since then. For me this wine is only entering its drinking-window and has the potential to devellop for at least some more years. Nice wine. For now 91.

Taste: apple, a hint of pear, mineral with quite prominent acidty, but not as tense as much German riesling of Rheinhessen or Nahe. Complete, quite pure and well balanced. Silvaner was not known by me, but appears to be rather a revelation. A very nice wine. 90-91.
