Viticulture: Practicing Organic
Vineyard: Suvereto, Maremma, Tuscany.
Orientation: 50-100m in elevation.
Soil: Lime-rich petrified clay and silex.
Harvest: Harvested by hand in the first two weeks in October
Vinification: Grapes are 100% de-stemmed. No filtration.
Aging: Aged in second, third and fourth passage barriques.
Production: 2000 Cases
