Community Tasting Note

Wednesday, January 19, 2011 - Color is hazy, medium and ruby. Very "unfined".

Nose is clean, medium intensity with fruit and wood characteristics. Smells like raw wood, a bit of dill to me. It is fully developed showing on the nose.

Palate is off dry, medium + acidity, medium - tannins, medium + body and alcohol on the finish. It is not balanced in its acids. Flavor is medium and is cut short by the acids on the palate.

Overall this wine is falling apart or is very unsually made. Quality is difficult to comment on.
