Sunday, November 26, 2023 - Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, developing nose: Lots of herbs, depth, some dark mineral notes, lemon and citrus notes. Beautiful perfume that gets even better with air.
Dry, but with some amount of residual sugar (I would guess around 6+ gr/l). Medium acidity. On the palate you can feel the warm vintage with lots of ripe, yellow and white fruit, but also with a lovely mineral note. Good depth, clear flavors and precise. But also baroque, meaning not really fat or broad. This bottle should be drunk now, no potential. 91-92
