Saturday, November 20, 2021 - My last bottle. The fruit has faded in relation to prior bottles. Dried herbs, plum and sour cherry. Dry and austere. Even perfectly cellared at 53 degrees (and by the way the cork was perfect after 14 years), this wine is past its prime.
