Tuesday, May 9, 2017 - Just a wonderful bottle of wine. Drinking very well right now. Very peppery nose. Initially big tannins but opened up and smoothed out in about an hour. Drank well for the next 3 hours. Wish there was another glass in the bottle; wish this wasn't my last bottle.
