Monday, July 25, 2022 - PNP with some grilled tenderloin tips and caprese salad. Cigar box and some baked plums or blackberries on the nose. Surprisingly bright and needed some time to open up. Can definitely feel/taste the Grenache in mouthfeel and on the palette. Way better than expected for the age. Consumed over 3 hours and it didn’t drop off at all. About the best $9 bottle that was close to 15 years old I’ve tasted. Well done.
