Sunday, September 15, 2019 - From a 375 ml bottle, nose of pear, nectarine, hazelnut, pecan, butterscotch, sherry, and slate, same on the palate, medium/big body, purchased 2 in 2012, slightly tired, went well with the Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon, mouth filling fruit, medium amount of tiny bubbles formed a thin mousse, long finish.
