Tuesday, March 11, 2014 - The color is clear and deep gold with tiny bubbles. The smells are honey, almonds, toasted bread, butter, lime, ginger, and pear. The tastes are lime, pear, ginger, honey, almond, and sea salt. This wine is loaded with body and weight but has zingy citrus acidity and finished long. This is a hedonistic wine that is also complex and delicious.
