Thursday, June 7, 2012 - On opening, the nose was closed and giving very little.
A bit of bricking at the meniscus.
Over the course of 75 minutes it opened and gave more than just ethanol vapours. The raspberry- currant nose amplified .The palate was plush (grenache) and velvety all along.
Would drink these up as the wine started to fade after 75 minutes.
