Sunday, August 7, 2011 - Opened and poured a glass. Mild earth and medium pepper on the nose. Strong legs. Reasonably balanced with a nice finish. Smoothed out as it opened up over the next hour and a half. This bottle would have benefited from decanting and it should drink well for at least a few more years.
