Wednesday, March 22, 2023 - What a fantastic showing. Loads of bright red fruit, crushed stone/concrete (reminds me of Cotes du Rhone), orange peel (astringency), pepper, and cedar. Not much of meaty/saline notes but not a problem as there's plenty more going on.
