Wednesday, February 28, 2024 - Decanted about 90 minutes before tasting and run through a venturi 3 times. Needed air. Slightly underripe showing herbal, green notes that didn’t quite go away through the evening. Still a nice old-school Cali Cab with soft texture, integrated tannins. Red and red-black fruited, lightly mineral with hints of graphite. I have had much better bottles of this previously.
