Sunday, June 27, 2021 - 1hr+ decant. Medium red color. Started out great but faded fairly quickly. Had an initial resemblance to good Bordeaux but ended up more like the ‘10 Domaine Eden Cab. Lacked some fruit and was high in tannins, acidity, and tartness. Ironically it went well with smoked pork chops. Definitely past prime.
