Saturday, November 24, 1990 - Tasting of 11 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignons. Showed a cherry red color in the glass, pleasant cabernet nose, followed by a pleasant taste of concentrated sweet fruit, long finish with both fruit and acid that suggests 4 more years is needed. Some described this wine as angular fruit. My #7 and Group #10.
