Sunday, March 5, 2023 - Holy espresso Batman! Like entering a Havana cafe with rich Tabasco smoke wafting around the smell of fresh ground coffee beans, one of if not the most interesting experiences. At the tail end of its drinking window, opened and decanted for sediment, which was probably a mistake. If I were to drink again I would have strained the sediment as I poured instead of through a decanter. The wine quickly fell apart no more than 15-20 minutes after being decanted.
