With time and air, the citrusy palate gives way to more textured and buttery feel. Though slightly hollow in the middle, this is one of the most delicious Chards at this price point. As the night wears on, the hollow becomes more apparent, so I wouldn't keep this beyond 2-3 years, which obviously is not a difficult thing to do.
