Tuesday, March 26, 2024 - Sweet red fruits on the nose. Tannic wine with spicy flavors , heat from the alcohol , sweeter red an dark fruits , drying on the palate. Begs for food.
Aired the wind out for over 2 hours this time before drinking it. This is tasting a bit diff from my last bottle from several days ago.
