Sunday, November 30, 2008 - Lots of graphite and minerality in the nose. I also got a lot of brine as the wine opened up. Very soft, pleasant mouthfeel, but as the wine continued to breathe the alcohol actually became more noticeable and integrated with a tobacco-esque aroma.
