Friday, July 24, 2009 - The first night it was open, it was tight and showed very little. 2 days later and there is no sign of oxidation, it is still tight with stiff tannins but is starting to show some signs of life. Showing the trademark taste of blueberries with a hint of mint, it needed the thick and rare rib steaks we ate with it.
