Friday, June 3, 2011 - Tasted Blind in a flight of 3 Champagnes. Managed to recognize this beautiful Champagne. Steely and mineral nose. Elegant and somewhat austere. Subtle red berries on the palate balanced with a good acidity. Light toast. Will benefit from further ageing in my opinion.
Disgorged in 2008.
