Wednesday, November 29, 2023 - Plum, oak, smoke, vanilla, and some eucalyptus when I really thought about it. Was expecting pepper on the nose but it only appeared when I tasted it. Pretty savory overall but definitely has enough fruit for balance. The tannins here are smooth too. An overall great value for only $20. If this is one of their entry level bottles I’d love to try something higher end.
