Friday, March 31, 2023 - A splash (🙏 Coravin) of NV Charles Dufour, Bulles de Comptoir #10 Tchin Tchin, Extra Brut (60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc, 12%, 2 g/l dosage). Do not be fooled by the cutesy label 🥰. This is a sturdy, dry, smoky, ripe apple-pear brioche bubble that is simultaneously engrossing on the eye and nose while slyly traipsing across the palate with an unexpected elegance. A marvie way to begin the early evening while contemplating my choice of victuals.
