Friday, May 12, 2023 - Served at a dinner with family, halibut with a lemon caper sauce.
This is a very consistent wine, vintage after vintage. Have had several people comment that the 2021 is the best or among the best SBs that they have had. Great balance, no element overwhelms any other. Crisp acidity, prevalent but not overwhelming citrus flavors on the palate, smooth finish.
