Saturday, October 3, 2009 - More of a Syrah mouthfeel, minus the smoke - one of the least tannic Cabs I've ever had. Goes very well with a marinara-based casserole but does not have enough structure to stand on its own, was noticeably flabby when the tasting started before dinner.
