Sunday, April 14, 2024 - My first experience with Silver Oak. The price has always been a deterrent for me, but I decided to give it a try! It has a deep ruby color and aromas of vanilla, spice, smoke, and blackberries. It's a bold wine, but surprisingly approachable, almost bone dry. While it's not my ideal wine style, it's a well-made wine that can be easily appreciated. The price is still high, but the quality and enjoyment are prominent.
