Saturday, February 5, 2022 - Started drinking after a 1 hour decant, should probably have been two based on how it progressed while drinking Initially just a fruit bomb with major cocoa nuances the tannins and balance increased. I think another 2-3 years should help the overall balance but it’s definitely drinkable now.
