Friday, March 29, 2024 - Decanted with much & coarse sediment, definitely needs to breathe as stated by others, just over an hour and still needs air! At 90 minutes, fruit is emerging and wine is large but still showing tightness. Interestingly, we evacuated and opened the next evening - it was in great shape and finished opening. Fun lesson.
