Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Decanted 90 minutes and drank with Chili & Brown Sugar rubbed rack of lamb. Dark color. Wife guessed Syrah because it does have an initial hit of sweetness but it does fade to Tempranillo. Medium finish. Medium/full mouth feel. This one might be hard to guess in a blind tasting. Excellent QPR at $35. Cost is higher now with recent vintages. Excellent Toro if you haven’t tried this region.
