Friday, December 10, 2021 - A bit early to drink, still very brash. A touch of “green” at this point in time, with dill and a little grassiness (but not in a bad way) to it. Medium plus body , medium acidity and a slightly dry tannic finish . So young and bold at this time one has to search for but a minute to pick up on the signature Wilamette Valley streak in this wine. Definitely a rebuy , but one for the cellar.
