Sunday, November 26, 2023 - Very closed upon opening, decanted for 30 minutes but concluded this vintage still needs 3+ more years in cellar. VERY full-bodied, with elevated tannins and oak remaining out of balance. Paired with any other than thick steak this juice will overpower.
