Friday, March 15, 2024 - Friday evening fun. Very light pale Straw in color. Totally translucent.
Aroma had asparagus at first with kiwi & ripe pear. Fresh on the nose

Acidity is bright and bold, body is light and refreshing.

Palate starts with lime, with lemon grass and even saline. Perfect for cocktail hour, poolside or pre-dinner
