Saturday, July 16, 2005 - What a great turnaround. When I last tasted this wine (1/1/05), it was somewhat weak (I rated it 85 points). Since then it has really come around. Bricked out and lighter style, this wine shows typical pinot attributes very well. Gamy with enough cherry and cranberry to be tasty. This acid and tannin have resolved into a very harmonious, cranberry finish. It is certainly does not have the depth of the 02 Kastania but it has become quite delicious as it is.
