Saturday, April 27, 2024 - My last bottle from a mixed order. When my first order went missing, the owner kindly re-shipped it at no cost to me. Outstanding service from an obvious passionate owner. Thank you, Adnan.
Produced by recent grads of Niagara College (love this, btw), the nose delivers sour cherry & peppery notes – reminds me of a Pomerol enjoyed recently.

On the palate, there is a smooth but complex flavor combination of cranberry, raspberry, & pepper.

Day 2 had cigar notes, leather & graphite. Perhaps I drank too early?
